Made in Ibaraki, Japan, this single-flower vase is crafted from fine crystal glass and shaped with a gentle outward flare at the rim. The deep blue hue transitions into clear crystal at the base, allowing the intricate cuts to catch and reflect light from every angle.

Two traditional Japanese patterns are carved into the surface. The Rokkaku Kagome (hexagonal basket) pattern, a geometric lattice, is believed to protect against misfortune. The Asanoha (hemp leaf) motif, composed of radiating lines, is a symbol of healthy growth and resilience. These patterns are arranged in a flowing manner, echoing the movement of a stream and creating a visual link between the water motif and the floral arrangements it will hold.
